At LOLA, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style just isn't right. We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached to ensure your shopping experience is seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
